CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a session is booked, I will follow-up with you about the date and time you selected.  Appointments that need to be moved due to a scheduling conflict, must be made within 3 months of original booking. I ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a session so that I may adjust my schedule accordingly. 

REFUND POLICY

Sessions that have been booked through the site are non refundable.  I will do everything in my power to accommodate rescheduling to a later date. Digital downloads are non refundable. If you have trouble with your download, please reach out for assistance. 

PAYMENT METHOD

I accept all major credit cards and paypal for online payments.  Amount is due in full at time of service booking.  For design and installation services, a 50% deposit via check is required to book your appointment, with the remainder due upon completion of the project. 

GUARANTEES

Good Thyme Gardens, LLC is not responsible for damage to gardens due to inclement weather, garden pests or failure to maintain adequate watering or care on the part of the client. Having a kitchen garden requires involvement on the part of the client, and will not survive without your regular attention.
